Our Story

The corporation was established on July 22, 2015, duly registered and existing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and duly accredited by the MARITIME INDUSTRY AUTHORITY (MARINA), under DSS-2006-00071 (2018) in Domestic Shipping.

Magnificent Shipmanagement Corporation (MSC) aims to provide and deliver good reputation and professional services in the country. The corporation will guarantee to the government that we will observe the laws, rules and regulations in the country of any government agency and /or quasi-judicial body. Further; the corporation is equipped and supported by technical personnel, all are experienced Master and Chief Engineers of different types of vessels.

The corporation specializes on shipping agency, ship importation, supply of spare parts, lube oils and other auxiliary items needed by the vessels in order to generate employment, aid in the growth of economy and bolster development in the shipping industry. At the same time, developed ISM and ISPS, training and auditing of ship and shore facilities under the flag administration in accordance to the same standards and requirements by MARINA.

We provide expertise for compliance in the ship's importation requirements, bareboat charter, statutory documentation process and acquisition of permits to any ports in the Philippines with specialization on cement carriers.
